By using TrackProxy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Data Nature and Limitations
- **This service does not provide live location tracking.
** The location shown is the **approximate geographic center** corresponding to the **PIN code** or the **address registered at the time the SIM card was purchased**.
- The data provided is based on **publicly available databases** or data points and is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, up-to-date, or complete.
2. Acceptable Use and Responsibility
- This service is for legitimate and lawful purposes only (e.g., verifying old contacts, finding lost phones registered in your name).
- We are not responsible for any misuse, illegal activity, harassment, or stalking conducted by the user based on the information provided. **Using the information for a wrong or illegal purpose is solely the user's liability, not the developers'.**
- We affirm that by aggregating publicly available data, **we are not conducting any illegal activity** (e.g., SIM card data hacking, telecom data breach).
3. Privacy Compliance
- User queries are logged anonymously for service improvement.
- We do not store sensitive personal information like names or ID numbers of users.
4. Liability
- We are not liable for decisions made based on provided information.
- Service availability is not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
